Abstract

In this issue of Entretextos we now publish the photographic series Amazonas colombiano. With these images, Vanessa Quintero not only takes us to contemplate the splendor of the river and the jungle in constant transformation, but also invites us to reflect on its natural wealth in the face of the material scarcity of its inhabitants; essentially, she demands that we pay special attention and be aware of the urgency of rescuing the Amazon from an imminent debacle.
