Abstract

Although we can see that a discourse favorable to human rights has been installed in the country -and in the world-, there is still a systematic violation of these rights. Each and every one of these texts has, in one way or another, strong words that claim and denounce the non-compliance of laws, the difficulties for the advancement of the agendas of the various groups that are violated, and the need for participation and commitment of each one of us. In this issue, with the theme Human Rights: analysis, progress and non-compliance, we have reached a wide tonality of analysis on the subject.
