This article recovers the experience of the Franz Weber Foundation before the United Nations Committee on the Rights of the Child to whom, within the framework of its Infancia sin violencia campaign, it went through the presentation of the Thematic Report on Mexico "El Niño y la Tauromaquia", regarding the Non-Compliance of the Convention on the Rights of the Child to request the protection of children in relation to bullfighting.
