Abstract

This article presents the background of the reflection and collective construction of the Right to the City, from the experience in the nation’s capital for the Charter of Mexico city for the Right to the City. Also, the main actions and challenges for the Government are identified, to incorporate and realize in public policy the principles and guiding axes that make up this new human right
