Abstract

This document is a description of the situation of freedom of expression in Guanajuato during 2015, includes testimonies of journalists and first-person reflections that the author makes based on his experience accompanying journalists in the process of approval of the initiative of the Law for the Protection of Human Rights Defenders for Guanajuato (Protection Law) and documenting particular cases.
