Abstract

Since the entry into force of a development model framed by neoliberal structural reforms, public policies basically ensure free enterprise, free competition and free association between individuals. The change in the planning scheme that was practiced from the post-war period until the 1980s and that of the last three decades, influenced by neoliberal policies.
