The phenomenological approach as a form of humanism in psychotherapy

This article aims to share some thoughts about the humanistic contributions arising from the psychotherapeutic practice with a phenomenological approach. The developed content shared here are the result of 18 years of practice along the paths of existential psychology, in particular the “Gestalt therapy” and “Family Constellations”.
