Abstract

Technological progress in the 21st century has allowed impressive developments in many fields of health and technology. Currently, the presence of new diseases makes evident the importance of scientific and technological research from a multidisciplinary aspect with a sense of integral service to humanity. For this reason, in this issue of Entretextos we will deal with Molecular Nutrition, specifically Nutrigenomics, research, Bionanotechnology, because it provides a faster response to the identification of current diseases, using the information we have from the wonderful molecule that contains the information of what we are and what we inherit, i.e. DNA. In this way, a beneficial change is promoted in current clinical practice and above all, a contribution to the chronic diseases that are damaging the Mexican population so much.
