Abstract

This text explores the dilemma of reading or not reading in this information society, drawing on the conceptualization of what reading means for authors such as Bakhtin, Eco, Ingarden and Nyenhuis; for the author, reading is an action in the world and a dialogue with reality in order to humanize it.
