Abstract

The citizens of a democratic country are the foundation of the political system, but at the same time they have the least voice. A first step to open electoral processes more to the citizenry is to have open pre-candidate elections. open elections of pre-candidates. The electoral processes of other countries already include open pre-candidate elections and it is time to reflect on whether it is time for Mexico to do the same.
