Abstract

Subjected to the most diverse variations, the notion of citizenship has ended up becoming, by dint of discourses of all kinds, another of the many concepts oversaturated with meanings and meanings: "complex citizenship", "multi- or intercultural citizenship", "global citizenship", "cosmopolitan citizenship", are just some of the meanings with which it circulates in the various contemporary discursive contexts, sometimes as a product of rapid consumption in the cultural marketplace of ideas.
