This article reflects on the need to build a new ethics in universities in the face of current social and environmental challenges. It discusses how universities can play a crucial role in developing values of care, responsibility, and foresight, emphasizing the urgency of transforming educational institutions into spaces for learning, communication, and social action. From a critical perspective, the author analyzes the limitations of traditional universities and proposes a new ethics that integrates solidarity, empathy, and a commitment to social justice and collective well-being.
