This article presents the ethical discernment method as a systematic proposal for moral decision-making, particularly from an Ignatian perspective. Based on the Christian tradition and Ignatian pedagogy, the text explains the stages of discernment (deliberation, judgment, and action) and proposes a reflective procedure to analyze facts, understand their ethical implications, and suggest concrete actions. Reflection is emphasized as the central axis linking experience and action, highlighting the need to form ethically responsible individuals.
