Approach and Scope
Entretextos is a transdisciplinary scientific journal peer-reviewed by the double-blind peer review system, open access and electronic publication in PDF format. It is edited and distributed by the Universidad Iberoamericana León, through the Centro de Cultura; this university does not charge for the processing of articles.
From 2021 its publication is continuous, with a single annual volume; this type of publication scheme aims to update the editorial processes to achieve greater quality and efficiency in the communication of science. Therefore, this form of publication and review method does not alter the quality of the articles.
The content of the journal arises from the transdisciplinary approach of diverse theoretical and methodological perspectives, so articles that do not derive from a research process and that do not contribute to a better understanding of the phenomenon studied will not be accepted. In this way, the commitment to contribute to the dissemination of scientific and technological knowledge generated by national and foreign researchers is reaffirmed.
The main objective is to promote the development of research and scientific production through the publication of articles in Spanish or English, which have not been simultaneously submitted to other publishers and refereed by blind peers.
Entretextos is aimed at researchers, academics, undergraduate, engineering and graduate students, as well as professionals from various disciplines and the public interested in scientific research and technological development.
