The metal-mechanic industry has a critical situation related to corrosion, the used materials in their basic structures, are facing high level of corrosion along the time, even now with the development of actual coatings implemented. The regular expenses focused to fight against the corrosion represent up to 2% of the annual companies Budget the current study, explains the impact to the automotive industry that is facing right now. It is described technically the proposal of using nanomaterials to seek their molecular modification, until finding the physicochemical arrangement and their molecular structure to eliminate the O2, action on the surface metallic. At the same time, the need to get advantage from the companies to seek the synergy among industry, Universities and public sector are pillars to support this proposal of model. The description from this simple model of technology transfer is detailed in several steps, initially an industrial need is in front of it, the linkage Public-Private, registering the importance of investigation centers and industrial laboratories located inside companies and finally the start up from the Supply Chain and its logistic implications during distribution of finish goods is described as well.
