The paper offers to develop a critical awareness related to promoting entrepreneurship among university students, faced the challenge of creating new business models involved in the generation of sustainable development, using the expertise that should guide all bio-business. So this text invites the community to think about the new role of universities, as well as their responsibility to promote the development of an entrepreneurial profile among students, from a perspective that is based on the principles of environmental sustainability, social development and economic growth. These facts represent a way to take action against the challenges that future employers will face, as a result of the actual damage to biodiversity in Mexico and the rest of the world.
