Abstract

In the context of the increase in undocumented migration from Mexico to the United States, this paper focuses on analyzing the state policies for local manufacturing that have been promoted in recent years in the state of Guanajuato, reviewing the congruence between public positions, their programs and some of the conditions necessary for the return of Guanajuato migrants.
