Abstract

We present here some of the data collected from interviewing poetry translators in Mexico. The translators’ awareness about the problems concerning the realization of translated, and eventually published poetry in nowadays’ Mexico arises from their experience and practice, and includes poetics, which supports the practice in its historical perspective and conceptual development.
