Abstract

The importance that employees gives to satisfaction and perception in different aspects of their work is a basis of social representation that the company has, where attitudes towards their work and like the intention to leave, aggressiveness and work commitment. The purpose of this study is to inform entrepreneurs causes that influence attitudes towards work, to measure satisfaction and importance that employees grant to aspects to their work and identify its relationship with the intention of abandon, aggression and work commitment. The sample consisted of 212 workers (102 men and 110 women) of companies located in the industrial park of Colinas de Silao, Guanajuato, Mexico. Through a correlation of analysis, we identify a negative significant correlation between intent to leave and satisfaction and perception. It was revealed that the aspect of the responsibilities and obligations of job satisfaction and perception of importance could influence in the labor aggressiveness. We also noticed that the appearance of “A Fair Deal” keep a relationship with satisfaction and work commitment. The perception of importance showed a positive relationship with “Working with Challenges” that can contribute to increase labor commitment.
