Abstract

This article exposes the sense of the public and the private, from the genesis of the public space par excellence “the agora” where the different debates are in the pursuit of the good common, to the contemporary condition expressed in the hybridization of such limits legal ownership in undefined spaces such as the “non-places” characterized by the disappearance of the geographic space in favor of the communication like a social space.
